The HD-1 allows DTMF signaling on systems that won't allow dialing after the initial dial string. This is often required for applications such as interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and automated attendants.

Viking offers a loop detect board with contact outputs capable of handling up to 500mA. The LDB-1 will be more robust than current A-Lead control's available in the marketplace.

The LDB-2 Ring/Loop Detector monitors an analog phone line for ringing or an in use condition. A built in relay can be activated when either or both of these conditions exist.

The RAD-1 allows remote access to PABX or Electronic Key system features as well as bridging to a second line or any other 600 ohm source. The RAD-1 provides two levels of security as well as basic toll restriction.

Similar to the RAD-1 in operation, the RAD-AMP provides a line amplifier and can also be configured as a "Call Forwarding/Call Diverter" device. In addition, the RAD-AMP will perform "International Call Back" services when configured with optional firmware.

The RG-10A ring booster provides the ability to ring additional phones when the phone company's ring voltage or another product's ring generator (such as ISDN Terminal Adapters) aren't enough. The RG-10A will boost REN to 15.0 and will work flawlessly with Caller ID services provided by the phone company.

The TDR-1 will provide users with the ability to fine tune available contact closures as well as change the characteristics from N/O to N/C and vice-versa.
